We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed very new and very clean. We had rain during our visit, so we enjoyed the pool, gym, and sauna. We felt close to nature in a rain forest. The village has many food options, but it would be more than a 30 minute walk. We had a rental car and used the hotel's indoor parking for peace of mind. There did not appear to be many other parking options nearby. The village was quiet when we stayed and had no trouble finding street parking.

It's well located but you still need a car to get to places. You have to schedule all the meals you will be having, there are a lot of massage options at the spa including for kids, couples and pregnant women. You need to use a cap to use the indoor pool, you don't need one if you're gonna use the jacuzzi which is outside, or sauna or Turkish bath. The water of the jacuzzi outside isn't as hot as it seems.

Great hotel with brilliant facilities. Staff are awesome. The only thing letting the hotel down is the food. We don't normally eat in hotels but there is very little choice around the area. The breakfast is the best part, but I would recommend staying here and would stay again just steer clear of dinner time.

Excellent location, rooms are spacious and really comfortable. SPA has a nice interior swimming pool (hot water) that on winter is very well welcomed. Breakfast is great. For those on an EV there are two chargers (7kW) in the parking P-2. You need to pay with the normal MOBI.E payment methods you use in PT. The restaurant is ok, but for the price you may well see other restaurants around. With two little girls I need to travel with a considerable amount of baggage but no one offered to help(and there was people available to give an hand, but they preferred to watch me carrying the luggage), bit disappointing on that sense, but the rest is top.

The great hotel! Location is fantastic with a really stunning view! Personal nice and friendly. Service is just a great. Huge a free parking with 24 hours access without visiting a reception. The best place to stay during visiting Serra da Estrela!

Outstanding resort, very friendly service, great restaurant. Loved the cold pool! Enclosed parking.Rooms a bit small though very comfortable, and it is a bit outside town.
